Borderless handles this for you. A Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is a document an employer generates via the Sponsor Management System, each time they sponsor someone. It currently costs £239. Your new worker must have a CoS in order to apply for a visa.

Depending on their circumstances, individual visa applicants need passports, police checks, health checks, English language test results, proof of financial standing and relationship proof if applying with dependents.
The Sponsor Management System is the key government system employers use to manage all immigration matters with the Home Office. You can generate certificates of sponsorship, request more certificates, manage users and inform the Home Office of changes of circumstance for your workers.
