Borderless handles this for you. A Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is a document an employer generates via the Sponsor Management System, each time they sponsor someone. It currently costs £239. Your new worker must have a CoS in order to apply for a visa.
Borderless ensures you and your visa applicants have everything they need. Employers need the job code, description and information regarding the individual they are sponsoring to generate a CoS. Depending on their circumstances, individual visa applicants need passports, police checks, health checks, English language test results, proof of financial standing and relationship proof if applying with dependents.
The Sponsor Management System is the key government system employers use to manage all immigration matters with the Home Office. You can generate certificates of sponsorship, request more certificates, manage users and inform the Home Office of changes of circumstance for your workers. When you join Borderless, you integrate your Sponsor Management System to our platform, which makes managing everything really straightforward.
