Once you have a certificate of sponsorship from your new employer, you’re eligible to make your visa application. Create your account with Borderless aand we’ll guide you through the whole process step by step. Our immigration experts will also review and enhance your application before submitting to the Home Office, and work to ensure your application is successfully granted.
Anywhere from a few days to a few months, depending on your circumstances and whether you would like to make a priority or super priority visa application.
The government charge a visa fee (see the full list here) and some people need to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge too. We’ve kept the Borderless fee low, starting from £399+vat
This varies but is often your passport, English language proof, health checks, police checks, proof of financial standing and relationship with any dependents also applying
If you are overseas then you will likely need to attend a biometrics appointment (Borderless handles this whole process for you).
If you are already within the UK, you’ll likely be able to use the UK Immigration: ID Check app.
In most cases yes, unless you are an overseas care worker (in March 2024 the government restricted overseas care workers from applying with dependents)
